Is Entropy a Lie?

The most fundamental question, more fundamental than was there a creator being, or a chance collision of a planet sized object into Earth to create the moon is “Why is there anything in the first place?”
Newtonian physics and most general thought seem to indicate that everything is on a downward spiral degrading, wearing out, falling apart; entropy. If this were the case how could the universe exist in the first place.
Te answer is simple and has been known for almost the entirety of existence by the curios beings who wonder about such things, it has to do with the likelihood of nothing. Nothingness can not exist by itself, this has nothing to do with nature abhorring a vacuum or God separating the light from the dark; absolute nothingness would by definition be infinitely large (Or more precisely it would contain an infinite amount of probability) and anything infinite would have to contain, however unlikely, the probability that something might possibly exist. It is like winning the lottery, the odds are astronomical, but it does happen. And once somethingsness exists, call it energy, call it matter, call it chi or even space/time everything else is possible as well.
Because things that exist leave evidence of their existence, and things that don’t exist don’t, our universe, or even greater multiverse, is filled with things that did happen and not with things that did not.
At some point perhaps even before there was something, there was awareness, for without awareness no matter what existed, there would be no way of knowing it existed, and as we exist, and are aware of our existence, consciousness emerged. This consciousness, in Christianity the great I AM, is exactly that, the idea that existence exists in the first place. We, that is self aware humans, all contain part of this perspective, that is the part of us who identifies ourselves with a certain aspect of the universe, in most cases our bodies, and that is what makes Earth different from most other places we know about in the universe, for here, on earth, life not only exists, but it brings into existence through natural processes more life, more complexity, more beauty and more awareness.
Now some may, like I have in the past, asked why is there death and pain, loneliness and despair in the world, why can’t the world be joy and pleasure? This goes back to the very nature of the universe, without matter there is no nothingness, so without pain there is no joy. Without death we would have nothing to eat and the world would be really crowded, even more so than it already is, and that is the simple answer.
As for pain both physical and emotional, this is part of our awareness of the universe around us, not all things are good, not all things are pretty not all things are any one characteristic in particular, they are what they are and should be appreciated for what they are and possibly what they may become. This is why we do not get angry at a lion killing a gazelle, or a dolphin eating a herring; it is part of the whole process of life, and that process in and of itself is glorious.
Life has a very steep learning curve and the main lesson is about balance, equilibrium, there is no such thing as true perfection (sorry Plato) because there is no ideal, we seek improvement not perfection, we seek awareness not accumulation.
There are plenty of examples of beings which are higher up the curve than us, the great teachers, Those who dedicate their entire existence to showing others that our animal bodies are not the limit of who we are, no matter what they may tell us.
This is the very reason humans do what humans do, to learn, to grow into greater awareness, greater appreciation and greater understanding. Those who have not yet learned to achieve without conquering, or who have not learned that possession possesses the possessor, they are further down the slope, not yet capable or at least not desiring, the greater freedom and joy, and in fact painlessness of higher existence that comes from stewardship and appreciation of things for what they are, not what they are to you.
